"Adero" Cheryl E. Allison, Ph.D.

My background combines music, disability and social sciences. My experience has included using music therapy with clients in vocational training programs to more recently working with large systems change projects and directly working with students with and without disabilities in higher education. I am a practicing sociologist whose focus is on systems change related to disability, diversity, organizational growth and personal transformation. My experiences in service delivery, organizational development, community leadership and organizational behavior inform my research interests: spirituality and leadership, universal design, structural inequality and diversity.
