Aaron J. Sour
Aaron Sour is currently a student in the Ph.D. in I/O Psychology program at the University of Phoenix. Aaron works as a Quality Control specialist at MEDITECH, a health care organization that develops and supports Electronic Health Record software. Aaron’s main work responsibilities include product development, enhancement, and usability. Aaron is also involved as an internal quality management auditor within his organization.
Aaron earned his B.S. in Aeronautics and B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Dakota in 2011. Aaron also completed his M.S. in Aviation (2013), and his M.S. in I/O Psychology (2014). In 2011, Aaron was a selected grant recipient to attend the CHC Safety & Quality Summit and a two-day workshop on the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System, in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2008, Aaron obtained his private pilot certification for single-engine land airplanes.
As a student with a diverse educational background, Aaron maintains a wide array of research interests. Some of these interests include: human factors, perceptions, multigenerational workplaces, technology in the workplace, leadership, professionalism, and aviation. On top of these research topics, Aaron is always interested and willing to learn more about new things!
