Discover New Social Media Research Capabilities with NVivo
Do you need to capture and analyze social media content? Discover how NVivo’s NCapture tool can import and analyze social media content from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Participants will be provided with an overview of how NCapture and NVivo make it possible to use Social Media data in your NVivo project, including:
The NVivo Teacher's Guide has been designed to make it easier for teaching staff to incorporate NVivo into higher education coursework, and flexible enough to fit various teaching styles, approaches and disciplines. Delivered modularly, you can choose to work with the resources that best suit your course. And, each module is accompanied by a ready-to-go NVivo project, enabling practical learning.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, imagine how visualizing your data could enrich your research experience, creating yet another perspective from which to view your data.
Participants will learn how to explore our query, chart and modeling capabilities so you can:
Analyzing large volumes of text? Pattern based auto coding is a feature designed to speed up the coding process for large volumes of textual data. It allows you to do approximate “broad-brush” coding of large volumes of text quickly which you can then review and refine.
For example if you have 100 interviews you may manually code the first 10 then have NVivo auto code the remaining interviews based on the patterns found in your initial coding.

Participants will learn how to explore our query, chart and modeling capabilities so you can:
discover visuals created from queries
create models to visualize your study or explore project items
generate charts involving nodes, sources, or attributes
utilize cluster analysis to explore word and coding similarity
