The Phoenix Scholar Fall 2018 edition is the fourth quarterly installment since its inception. Thank you to all the center chairs, the editorial team, and to all contributors. The deadline for publication consideration of unsolicited pieces for the Winter edition is October 15th.
The Phoenix Scholar Summer 2018 edition is the third quarterly installment since its inception and the theme coincides with this year’s one millionth University of Phoenix graduate achievement. From its inception of the founders’ revolutionary ideas to offer quality alternative college classes and the new flexibility of the non-traditional classroom are recounted.
The Center for Global Business and Information Technology Research and Center for Management and Entrepreneurship are hosting a bootcamp as a parallel event with Southern Regional Science Association Conference on March 15-17. The bootcamp is a beta for a new type of Knowledge without Boundaries event. The bootcamp leaders saw an opportunity to leverage the professional conference attendance with supplemental research development opportunities and experiences for UOPX affiliates in the Philly area.
Several Center for Leadership Studies & Educational Research (CLSER) personnel and other co-authors recently racked up several scholarly accolades.
