Workplace Bullying: An Exploratory Study of Staff in K-12 Schools

Learner objectives for this conference:

1.  Learners will identify the personal and professional experiences of educators in a K-12 educational system when an adult staff member is bullied by another adult staff member.

2.  Learners will identify the personal and professional repercussions of educators in a K-12 educational system who have been bullied by another adult staff member, compare theories of emotional intelligence, humiliation, and organizational culture, and the effects that the three theories have on adult bullying behaviors on the staff and the district.

The Power of Networking with Women Leaders

This presentation was on a radio station for a  Blog Talk Radio online format.  Dr. Linda J Gutsch and Dr. Patricia A. Champion presented a 30 minute discussion on their research related to networking and mentoring for women in the work place.   The Blog Talk Radio Show was moderated by Dr. Cheryl Lentz.
