Group Affiliation:
- Private group -

A digital faculty community site was developed with a framework specifically designed around core domains to promote faculty engagement through participation and knowledge sharing. A pilot was launched with a representative sample of the faculty. Using constructs from the Theory of Planned Behavior, survey instruments were designed to evaluate such variables as attitude toward CoP, intent to participation and share knowledge, and perception of ease of usage.
