Webinar with SAS Alumni Dr. Raymond Delaney

On May 30, 2018, Dr. Delaney will share his successes and failures of obtaining a doctorates degree and learning to apply the knowledge acquired to a practical world. The audience can expect to learn about the realities of implementing the scholarship, practitioner, leadership model in the 21st century. Dr. Delaney will expound on techniques for proper planning and preparations for developing deliverables and outcomes while making a collective impact as well as discuss the power of internal motivation and emotional intelligence.

Seeking Alumni from School of Advanced Studies to Serve as Guest Speakers in New Webinar Series

We are currently seeking alumni from the School of Advanced Studies interested in serving as guest speakers for our new Alumni Webinar Series.  If you are an alumni and would like to tell your story of how obtaining your doctorate has made a difference in your life and helped you better serve your community,  we would love to hear from you.   If interested, email sandynunn@email.phoenix.edu along with your name, contact information, and a paragraph with your biography.  We will contact you by phone to discuss your story. 

Webinar with SAS Alumni and Military Veteran Dr. Daniel Roberts

The SAS Alumni Special Interest Group will be hosting its second alumni presenter for its monthly webinar series featuring Dr. Daniel Roberts, a 26-year Army veteran.  For this webinar, Dr. Roberts will discuss the opportunities he has been able to take advantage of since graduating with his doctorate as well as the support he’s received from University of Phoenix to enhance and build upon his research and scholarship activities.

Announcing the Selection of Four New Fellows for the SAS Alumni Special Interest Group

The SAS Alumni Special Interest Group is pleased to announce the recent selection of four Fellows in January 2018.  After careful review and consideration of individual CVs, background, and experience, Dr. Mansureh Kebritchi and Dr. Sandra Nunn selected the following individuals and University of Phoenix alumni to become Fellows:  Dr. Lunthita Duthely, Dr. Jennifer Calito, Dr. Imani Akin, and Dr. Daniel Roberts.  Each of these new Fellows brings unique experience and expertise to the table as they lead their respective research teams in different research studies for the next year.
