The Bay Area School of Advanced Studies (SAS) Networking Group will host a working session on Tuesday, June 5 at the Livermore Learning Center located at 2481 Constitution Drive in Liveremore, CA. The event will take place from 5:30-8:30 PM and a light dinner will be served.
All SAS alumni and current students are invited to attend. A guest is welcome to accompany you for support and to get a better understanding of your doctoal journey.
In this session, Dr. Gobena, will discuss and guide attendees through research methodologies, survey design, and data collection.
SAS alumni are encouraged to attend to share their research best practices and lessons learned from a personal doctoral journey.
The mission of the Bay Area Campus School of Advanced Studies (SAS) Networking Group is:
For local SAS alumni to share knowledge and experiences with those working to reach the ultimate academic achievement. Alumni will share real-life examples of successful balance of life, work and educational goals, personal obstacles faced in an educational journey and valuable insight to current SAS students working their way toward graduation day.
For local current SAS students to highlight successes and opportunities for growth, share best practice and tips/tricks, hear from university representatives, learn from SAS faculty, as well as meet valuable SAS alumni mentors to brainstorm, realize resources and find direction in a supportive and encouraging, complimentary atmosphere.
