Symposium Introduction: Achieving Ethical Leadership
One of the biggest dilemmas facing modern society consists of the emerging trend concerning a lack of ethical leadership in companies, governmental organizations, and other entities as indicated by the increase in unethical leadership practices. Against the backdrop of revealing statistics and literature to help focus on the topic, the introduction to the Symposium “Achieving Ethical Leadership,” provides a brief overview regarding the need for ethical leadership in today’s dynamic global environment.
