Welcome, Dr. Devnew. The focus is fantastic. I am interested in working on research topics related to women in leadership to expand my knowledge and experience in the area of leadership. I will continue to check the site for opportunities.

Welcome, Carol.  Great to have you join us!  If you are able to attend, a wonderful way to become engaged in the Women and Leadership research community would be to attend the International Leadership Association's Women and Leadership's third Biennial conference in Rhinebeck, NY , June 11 -14 this year.  I first became involved by attending the  first one in 2013.  I've been very involved in the planning of this year's conference and think it will be very exciting.  There will be a large UOPX contingent presenting (at least 7 of us), so a great way to get to know others with similar interests.

You can find out all about the conference at http://www.ila-net.org/WLC/index.html.

If you have any questions, please let me know!  Lynne
