Online instructors must accommodate the visual, verbal, and auditory learning style needs of different generations of learners. To help Generations X, Y, and Z transfer effective elements of the traditional writing and communication process, online instructors must rethink how to use conventional best practices for online writing and communications. Online writing and communication skills must be modeled and become more of an interactive, learning style based presentation rather than a process.
