Transformational Leadership and Patient Satisfaction: Redefining Bedside Nurses’ Roles

Transformational research and beside nurses

Abstract:

Though online teachers face leadership challenges that are uncommon in traditional face-to-face classrooms, online teacher leadership roles have not been re-defined or re-categorized in established leadership theory frameworks. Online  teachers are technologically programmed taskmasters. Online teachers, therefore, frequentl assume the role of transactional leadership.  By providing assessment options based on individual learning styles, online transformational teacher leaders demonstrate they are visionaries who seek new lenses through which to look at the ever changing world of adult education. Transformational online teachers offer visionary options for a new Twenty-first Century online teacher leadership theoretical framework.
