Drs. Ferebee and Lawlor received the award at the 2017 AECT International Convention, in Jacksonville.
The book entitled “Culture, Learning, and Technology: Research and Practice” published by Routledge in 2017 has been awarded.
The American Educational Research Association (AERA) is pleased to announce the AERA Minority Dissertation Fellowship in Education Research. The Council of the AERA established the fellowship program to provide support for doctoral dissertation research, to advance education research by outstanding minority graduate students, and to improve the quality and diversity of university faculties.
The Qualitative Research SIG of the American Educational Research Association invites nominations of dissertations in educational research that exemplify excellence in qualitative methodology and that may typify the SIG’s mission to emphasize “ways that qualitative research may contribute to reducing inequality and injustice in schools and society”.
Researchers at Center for Educational and Instructional Technology Research (CEITR), Dr. Mansureh Kebritchi, Dr. Angie Lipschuetz, and Dr. Lilia Santiague, published an article with the title of “Issues and Challenges for Teaching Successful Online Courses in Higher Education: A Literature Review” in Journal of Educational Technology System, August 2017.
