Philosophy of Punishment, Jusitce, and Cultural Conflict in Criminal Justice

This article discusses the challanges of providing education to resolve cultural conflict in criminal justice. It describes the historical attempts with the barriers and its impact on society. While educational institutions provides some courses in ethis, cultural diversity and decision making, it is viewed as having a limited impact on the individual, with no impact on the organization.
