The Impact of Higher Education On Cultural Conflict in Criminal Justice

The article describes incidents of cultural conflict in criminal justice, reasons for cultural conflict, efforts by higher education in to improve the criminal justice cultures and reasons why it has had limited impact. It discusses different strategies to address cultural conflict in criminal justice organizations.
