1967 President's Commission- Has Higher Education Met Its Obligation in Reducing Cultural Conflict in Criminal Justice and Society?
Abstract:
This article discusses the 1967 President's Commission recommendations on officers possessing a four year degree to "reduce bias, prejudice, and excessive use of force". It examines higher educations' effort to improve ( or not) the criminal justice system.
