Multigenerational Perspectives on The Gen Z Effect

Abstract:

This book review includes the critiques of e Gen Z Effect by the
two reviewers, one a member of Gen X and the other of Gen Z. e
two reviewers independently critiqued the book in order to capture
the views of two different generations. As a result, some redundancies
are present in the following two critiques but were purposefully kept in
order to show similarities between the two views.
