Making Learning Stick
This resourced is aimed at boosting retention and application of learning on the job. Evidence-based techniques that are easy to use for most types of job-related training are outlined and instructions provided.
The Training Transfer Process model is proposed, based on a review of the literature. Specific, step-by-step techniques and strategies are outlined for training instructors, instructional designers, and learning and development managers to use with new or existing training programs.
