High Tech Worker Antitrust Lawsuit – Evaluating a Class Action Settlement

Challending the evaluation of a Class Action Settlement for High Tech Worker in a Antitrust Lawsuit 


This paper discusses a high tech worker antitrust lawsuit, from the perspective of a member of the high tech worker class. An econometric model was used to estimate damages. A settlement was negotiated, and this paper examines how workers should evaluate the reasonableness of that settlement offer.
