An Employee Retention Strategy Using the L.E.A.D.E.R.S. Model
Examining strategies to improve employee engagement and retention should be part of every organizational manager's core objectives. One recommendation to consider is to implement the L.E.A.D.E.R.S. model which is based upon servant leadership principles.
