An Employee Retention Strategy Using the L.E.A.D.E.R.S. Model

Abstract:

Examining strategies to improve employee engagement and retention should be part of every organizational manager's core objectives.  One recommendation to consider is to implement the L.E.A.D.E.R.S. model which is based upon servant leadership principles. Servant leadership promotes the philosophy that the leader's primary focus is on the well-being of his or her followers. Embracing these strategies utilizing the model may lead to improved employee engagement and retention efforts within the organizational setting.
