Age diversity in the workplace

Abstract: 

The continuing emphasis on inclusion within the organizational setting acknowledges the growing awareness of value-added benefits offered by embracing a mix of diversity components. Gaining insight into organizational inclusion implications requires a detailed analysis of viewpoints. This chapter explores the perceptual, as well as evidenced-based information regarding workplace age diversity and the practical applications for managing an age diverse workforce.
