Special Interest Groups Now Available on the Research Hub

Since its inception, registered user of the Hub have been limited to joining one Research Center. With the launch of our new Special Interest Groups, registered users can now join a variety of groups on the site that are focused on specific research activities and interests. This feature has been added to provide improved networking and better access to ongoing research activities.

These groups function similarly to our existing Research Centers by providing an interactive space for University-affiliated researchers to connect over specific research interests. Each group is publicly visible and users can participate in as many of these special interest groups as desired. Groups are volunteer-led and often support specific initiatives within a campus, college/school, or research center. Some groups are intended to allow for inter-center collaboration.

Check out the directory to view a complete list of available groups. New groups are still forming so be sure to check back in the coming weeks for additional groups that may suit your needs.
