According to a SHRM (2012) report, retaining and rewarding the best employees (59%), developing the next generation of corporate leaders (52%), and creating a corporate culture that attracts the best employees to organizations (36%) are the top three challenges for human resource executives for the next ten years. Workforce Management has been defined at its most basic as knowing where the talent is in your organization and how to allocate and flex that talent according to business demands.
