Abstract: 

What is JCBIS? Joint Computer Based Instruction System (JCBIS) is a government-owned and operated system of computer hardware and software.   It delivers computer based instruction (CBI) for the Army, Air Force, Navy, Federal Aviation Administration and the Internal Revenue Service.
