Quantum Leadership: Collapsing the Wave Function

Latest book in the International Leadership Association's Bulding Leadership Bridges book series.

Abstract:

Chapter 13 abstract::  A growing group of scientists, academics, philosophers and authors have begun to apply the concepts of quantum theory to many varied fields.  Such cross-pollinations of ideas often yield rich and novel insights.  As researchers and innovators continue to expand quantum concept’s influence across their various diverse disciplines, soon no future academic field will be left untouched.  Applying the kernel insights from quantum physics to leadership behavior opens the possibility for seeing leadership in new ways.  The quantum leadership theory and model and an exploration of the dynamics of leadership behavior emerging from this perspective are presented.
