How to Edit an Existing Publication on Your Profile

Once you've added a publication, you may identify a need to change the publication after the fact. Below are instructions on how to edit existing publications.

  1. Log in to the website
  2. Click your username in the black navigation bar at the top of the page
  3. Click View Profile
  4. Click the "Edit" tab
  5. Under “My Publications," find the publication you'd like to modify and select "Edit"
  6. A window will pop-up with information to the existing publication. Make any needed changes in this window.
  7. If the edit link does NOT appear, contact researchhub@phoenix.edu for assistance.
  8. Click save. You will automatically return to the Edit Profile page with the publication listed.
  9. To add additional publications, click the "Add another item" button and another field will appear.
  10. Click "Save" at the bottom of the Edit Profile screen* when finished.

 

IMPORTANT:  You must click “Save” at the bottom of the Edit profile screen to add the publication to your profile before you close the window or navigate away. If you do not, the publication will not display on your profile.
