How to Add Content
Adding Content to Research Hub
You must be a member of a Research Center or other group to add most of the content on the site.
Types of Content
Depending on your level of access and role within the site, there are several types of content you can add to the site. All of these will be assigned to, and display on, the Research Center you’ve joined. Content types include:
- Blog Entries
- Events
- Forum Topics for discussion
- News articles
- Research Projects
How to Add Content
From the “Add Content screen,” select the item you’d like to add and click on it.
There are slight differences between content types and fields within them, but most content types allows you to add the following:
- Title
- Image
- Body
- Media (this includes access to the media library to upload images, add weblinks, and embed videos)
Please note that some content has to be moderated. This will be done by the Research Chair or a their support admin. Once an item has been approved, it will be visible on the site.
