Increasing and improving Multi-Cultural competence among professional Counselors and Key Decision Makers

In today’s society, most industries have experienced an influx of both staffs and clients’ diversity. In order to provide optimal care to our clienteles and to promote wellness among our staffs, we must began the process of examining and improving our cultural competency.
