Knowledge Without Boundaries: Special Workshop
Using Personality Type and Temperament for Cultivating Scholarly Leadership
The School of Advanced Studies would like to invite you to a research workshop offered in conjunction with the Jersey City Knowledge Without Boundaries event. This workshop offers a deeper understanding of personality type and temperament in order to cultivate scholarly leadership within our communities of practice.
At this workshop you will become a student of your own potential and explore direct applications of scholarly leadership. Workshop Objectives:
- To recognize the four basic temperament patterns and key characteristic of each.
- To use knowledge of temperament to create networks which generate opportunities for our communities of practice.
- To use the knowledge of temperament to further teamwork and team effectiveness.
- To use the knowledge of temperament to reduce conflicts that destroy creative change processes.
