Using Personality Type and Temperament for Cultivating Scholarly Leadership

The School of Advanced Studies would like to invite you to a research workshop offered in conjunction with the Jersey City Knowledge Without Boundaries event. This workshop offers a deeper understanding of personality type and temperament in order to cultivate scholarly leadership within our communities of practice.

At this workshop you will become a student of your own potential and explore direct applications of scholarly leadership. Workshop Objectives:

  1. To recognize the four basic temperament patterns and key characteristic of each.
  2. To use knowledge of temperament to create networks which generate opportunities for our communities of practice.
  3. To use the knowledge of temperament to further teamwork and team effectiveness.
  4. To use the knowledge of temperament to reduce conflicts that destroy creative change processes.
