Abstract:

Online instructors must accommodate the visual, verbal, and auditory learning style needs of different generations.  To help support generations XYZ transfer effective elements of the traditional writing and communication process, online instructors must rethink how to use conventional best practices  for online writing and communications.  Online writing and communication skills must be modeled and become more of an interactive, learning style based on presentation rather than a process.
