On September 25, 2017, Dr. Cyriaque Sobtafo earned the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies by completing a dissertation entitled, "The Assessment of Official Development Assistsance to the Health Sector: A Case Study of Uganda," under the tutelage of Yohannes Mariam, PhD (Chair), Crystal Lupo, PhD (Committee), and Chizoba Madueke, PhD (Committee).
