My paper has been accepted!

On September 25, 2017, Dr. Cyriaque Sobtafo earned the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies by completing a dissertation entitled, "The Assessment of Official Development Assistsance to the Health Sector:  A Case Study of Uganda," under the tutelage of Yohannes Mariam, PhD (Chair), Crystal Lupo, PhD (Committee), and Chizoba Madueke, PhD (Committee).
 
Dr. Sobtafo's goals in earning the doctorate included honoring and inspiring his children: "This achievement would not have materialized without your care, assistance, and understanding. You continue to explore life with zeal, growing in wisdom with the aim of giving meaning to your life. Honesty, humility, and hard work will certainly lead you to achieve great things in your life." 
 
On March 15, 2020, after completing the Spring 2019 Center for Educational and Instructional Technology Research (CEITR) Dissertation to Publication program to develop a mansucript based on dissertation research suitable for publication in a peer-reviewed journal, Dr. Sobtafo shared the good news:

It is a pleasure to accept your manuscript entitled "THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE  IN THE HEALTH SECTOR IN AFRICA: A CASE STUDY OF UGANDA" in its current form for publication in the International Quarterly of Community Health Education.
