Scholarship Opportunities

Scholarship Opportunities

We have been asked about where the scholarship oppportunties come from. Most of our community members are able to actively participate in local campus (such as the UOP Phoenix campus, UOP Southern Arizona campus. etc.) scholarship activities (posters, workshops, presentations, articles, etc). These activities may be an individual, two - three faculty teams or a larger group effort.

Several of us belong to professional organizations, such as the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (criminal justice professors). There are numerous committee (such as Corrections, Women in CJ, Mental Health,  etc)  in this organizations which has provided scholarship opportunities. While there are many topics which may be addressed, sometimes the most difficult part is to just getting started.

If you have a scholarship topic you wish to explore, contact us so we can help.
