SOLAR Research Group

SOLAR stands for "Sales & Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Action, and Retention." In addition to being an acronym for the areas of research interest, the term solar means energy. SOLAR creates energy through networking opportunities and exploring the potential within the group’s membership to create innovative research outcomes in the areas of sales/marketing, organizational behavior, leadership, action-oriented outcomes, and retention of human capital.

Mission

Mission: 
SOLAR’s mission is to provide a venue for scholarly research open to all University Research Center members who are interested in how sales/marketing, organization behavior, leadership, action-oriented outcomes, and retention of human capital relate to disciplines within business, education, and healthcare.

Vision

Vision: 
SOLAR’s vision is to become the premier SIG for researchers from all University Research Centers interested in the group’s business-related topics.
