Millennial Soldiers Lack Effective Face-to-Face Communication Skills: Delphi Study

Millennial soldiers in life or death situations have challenges communicating when face-to-face and often misread body language and facial expressions. A Delphi study was conducted to find consensus among 16 war arena leaders on how millennials can effectively communicate. The findings will be used to develop the first military training course in history on teaching non-verbal communication skills to soldiers before deployment to war zones.
