Faculty Scholarship Review

Faculty Scholarship Review

About this Page

University of Phoenix faculty who teach at the graduate level are engaged in scholarship. Each college/school manages their faculty reviews. This page is a support primarily for School of Advanced Studies faculty who are approved to, or are seeking approval to chair dissertations.  But there are links to the Graduate Faculty Scholarship website for non-dissertation chairs as well.

SAS Dissertation Chair Faculty

During the annual SAS Dissertation Chair Academic Review process, faculty update their scholarship record, create or update their scholarship plan, receive an endorsement to chair, and work with a research center to support their goals. Faculty's Academic Review timing is aligned to annual DCTR requirements and is intended as an avenue for professional development.

The academic review team can be reached at academicreview@phoenix.edu.  This is a dedicated support team for faculty; we are available to answer questions and support faculty at every stage in the process.

Outlook users:  Please make sure to check your clutter folder regularly, as we have heard from faculty that emails from academicreview@phoenix.edu are auto-routed into this folder; moving the message to your inbox generally fixes the issue.

Dedicated Office365 SharePoint Sites for Faculty Scholarship Requirements

Doctoral faculty and graduate faculty have dedicated Office365 SharePoint pages that contain materials and information related to their requirements and reviews.   Visit these pages to become familiar with the requirements and resources, such handouts, worksheets, and contact information. Log in using your faculty eCampus account information.

If you're having trouble accessing the site, view instructions here.
