•       Review the procedures, expectations, and requirements for edTPA for your State and Grade Level.

•       Explore the teacher performance assessment determining the elements of the assessment for your content area.

•       Determine the appropriate and acceptable support and feedback for student teachers.


edTPA Handbook

Read the edTPA Handbook appropriate for your grade level(s) and state's requirements by following these instructions:

  1. Click on edTPA Resources.
  2. Click on Resources for Students.
  3. Choose the Handbooks link.
  4. Select the Handbook appropriate for your grade level(s) and state's requirements.

Download the correct handbook and save it for future use

Discuss the benefits for you, the teacher candidate when all the individuals involved are given sufficient information to help you throughout your edTPA journey.

Group Assignment - Completed via edTPA Training Discussion Forum at the Homepage.

Directions:

1. Introduce yourself to your team members.  Share the courses that you teach including the grade levels and content area.

2. Share what you know and/or have learned about edTPA
