Research Agenda

The Center’s research agenda is grounded within three primary trajectories:

  • Diversity socialization within the workplace, including social integration, member identity, sense-making, and group dynamics;
  • Best practices for creating and sustaining healthy, all-inclusive organizational cultures; and
  • Intergroup power dynamics among identity groups in and around organizations.

The Center also supports the research activities of several research communities committed to furthering scholarship within the field of diversity and inclusion.
