Fiona Sussan, Ph.D.
Dr. Fiona Sussan holds a MBA and a PhD in business from Baruch College, City University of New York. Her research challenges the status quo of many existing business concepts, in particular, the dichotomies of firms versus customers in the digital marketing communications process. Her work has been published in peer reviewed journal include Journal of Business Research, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Corporate Communications, among others. Her research has won awards from Emerald Literati Network, American Marketing Association, Association for Consumer Research, and National-Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
She has worked in the financial industry in Asia and Europe. Dr. Sussan is trilingual in Chinese, Japanese, and English.
