The workshop focuses on the process and the finished product – a publishable manuscript.

RTP Workshop Testimonials

RTP Workshop uses similar guidelines to the successful Dissertation to Publication (DTP) Workshop but focuses on turning a research project, not a dissertation, into a publishable manuscript. Since DTP's establishment in 2016, 601 doctoral alumni and faculty members have attended the workshop, and developed, and submitted 474 manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals. The list of selected publications of the DTP workshop can be viewed here.

Format and Procedure:  The workshop provides structured support and guidelines via asynchronous platforms and synchronous weekly web-based meetings. Target journals for publication are identified at the beginning of the workshop. The manuscripts are broken down into three major sections introduction, method, and results. The committee of reviewers works closely with the participants to review, revise, and finalize their manuscripts. Participants submit their manuscripts to their target journal by the end of the workshop. The committee of reviewers is well-experienced faculty who support the participants throughout the manuscript development.

Participant Eligibility:  Faculty, staff, and all researchers who are interested in publishing their research projects (in all disciplines) are encouraged to participate.

The registration cost is $250, which will be waived for University of Phoenix affiliates (faculty, staff) if registered with their University of Phoenix email address.

RTP workshop has been developed and hosted by Mansureh Kebritchi, Ph.D. at the College of Doctoral Studies, University of Phoenix. If you have any questions, contact us at:
