The International Journal of Educational Management (IJEM) invites manuscripts for a Special Issue entitled ‘Educational Management in the Middle East’. Successful educational organizations all over the world endeavor to effectively satisfy the needs of all its stakeholders – the teachers, the support staff, the students, the parents, the governmental agencies, and the likes – by leveraging the art of educational management. It is through leveraging the talents of its teachers and the academic staff that the educational institutions create and install systems and processes which to positively impact to the overall growth, development and academic attainment of the students. This special issue of the IJEM aims to provide a platform for researchers to share their academic oriented work with fellow researchers, leaders, practitioners and education providers to bring excellence to educational institutions.
The International Journal of Educational Management (IJEM) addresses the increasingly complex role of the educational manager, offering international perspectives on common problems and providing a forum for the sharing of ideas, information and expertise. The articles published in this journal effectively meet the complex needs of principals, superintendents and directors of education interested in the practice and theory of educational management. Guidelines on Submission:
The papers submitted for this special issue of the IJEM will initially be filtered by a Guest Editor and then submitted for rigorous review by a qualified team of academicians. Successful papers will need to demonstrate a clear academic challenge together with a robust methodological approach to be considered for this special issue during the peer review process. All works need to be original.
