Unreal or REAL Leadership? Choose Well!

Dr. Kelley Conrad and Dr. Herman van Niekerk have had their poster titled "Unreal or REAL Leadership? Choose Well!" accepted for the 31st Convention of the Association for Psychological Science (APS) to be presented May 23-26, 2019.

The REAL model is an easy to teach and remember leadership model. In the model, R emphasizes relationships; E reinforces environmental scanning; A encourages action; and L reflects life-long learning. The authors will describe how learning style coordinates with the REAL leadership model when teaching leadership to online students.
