The Creative Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion SIG aims to discuss the concepts, principles and cases of application of Design Thinking in companies, programs and agencies that want to perform better and foster innovation. What is Design Thinking (DT)? The popular term of “design thinking” refers to a human-centered, structured process for innovation that can be applied to product, service, and business design, as well as problem solving in social services. This research community is led by Research Fellow Dr. Bethany K. Mickahail. We look forward to providing updates, features and related news regarding the opportunities to participate in academic research, publishing and presenting on Creative Leadership.
