We are excited to announce that the call for proposals is now open for the International Leadership Association’s Women and Leadership Affinity Group’s Biennial Conference, to be held at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York from June 11 – 14, 2017 (the CFP will close on November 7, immediately following the ILA global conference in Atlanta). The 2017 conference theme is Advancing Women in Leadership: Cultivating Our Whole Selves and there are five application streams: Equality in Power and Decision Making, Leadership Development and Education Worldwide, Helping Girls and Young Women Become Leaders, Advancing Women in Leadership, and the conference theme, Cultivating Our Whole Selves.
Women and Leadership, while the sole focus of the Women and Leadership Research Group in the Center for Leadership Studies and Educational Research, crosses the boundaries of all of the other research centers as well. I hope all those of you doing research related to women and leadership will check out this Call For Proposals. I have the privilege of serving as the Program Chair for the conference, and would love to have a strong University of Phoenix presence at Omega!
You can see the Call for Proposals and learn more about the conference at the link below:
Additionally, a new post was added to the Women and Leadership Research Group blog sharing some of my experiences working on the planning for this conference.
Best to all,
