Hi everyone,

My name is Rani Madhukumar and I am excited to be part of CHNR. I am looking forward to learning and excel myself personally and professionally. I am a nurse director at an acute care hospital and is pursuing my doctoral program in healthcare administration. My passion s quality and patient safety but I also like to mentor new nurse managers and assist them to acclimatize with their leadership roles. By completing the doctoral study, my goal is to understand the leadership continuum better in the changing healthcare world and thereby develop leadership training models that will fit the complex and evolving needs of the field. I look forward to reading the articles shared in the research center and also to share my views and experiences too.

Outside of nursing, I like to read and write as mus as I can. Familiarizing myself with the diversities of the universe is also part of my passion.
