Actively researching Knowledge Management in relation to Artificial Intelligence, Semantic Web, Social Networks, and Business Intelligence. Also, are researching NLTK, Machine Learning, Hadoop and Python solutions.

Professional Bio: 
Dr Paladino have a PhD in Information Technology and his dissertation title was "The power of unstructured data: A study of the impact of tacit knowledge on business performance". He has a MS in Computer Science with specialization in Internet and Web Technologies and a BS in Information Technology. He is currently researching semantic web and social Networks in the context of Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence and how is Virtual Reality being used in education. Additionally, in coordination with the Educational and Instructional Technology Research center he is working with a team of two PhD’s exploring how female students describe online learning experiences using social media. He retired from Oracle in November 2014. (Worked for the Engineered Systems Division as a Program Manager) and previously worked for Sun Micro systems for 15 years. He has been in the IT industry since 1976 (Done it all). He is currently working as a Lead Faculty Area Chair - Research, University of Phoenix - School of Advanced Studies. He teach advanced statistical research classes including RES710, RES723, RES725 and RES726 and serve a SEM for Statistical Classes Design. He also serve as a doctoral chair and committee member for doctoral candidates and he is qualified to facilitate all of the DOC series including residences. Additionally he work as a University Research Methodologist (URM) to prepare students for the Quality Research Methods (QRM) submission.
