“Practice Makes Perfect: A Gratitude-Meditation Intervention Conducted Among Urban Adolescents” by CEITR Researchers, Drs. Duthely and Avella, has Been Accepted for Publication at the Journal of Happiness and Well-Being

Dr. Lunthita M. Duthely, alumna and CEITR Research Associate, will be published in the Journal of Happiness and Well-Being, in a special issue entitled Religion, Spirituality, and Positive Psychology. The article, “Practice makes perfect: A gratitude-meditation intervention conducted among urban adolescents”, which is co-authored by her Dissertation Chair and CEITR Research Associate Dr. John Jack Avella, presents preliminary findings regarding the effectiveness of meditation practice on adolescent school engagement. It is anticipated that the article will be published in the upcoming issue, scheduled for late September.  Congratulations to Dr. Duthely and Dr. Avella.
