Dr. McGowan Poole: "My journal article has been published on Emerald Insight!"

On April 17, 2018, Dr. Cynthia D. McGowan Poole earned the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies by completing a dissertation entitled, "Information Technology Outsourcing and Successful Knowledge Transfer:  An Exploratoy Case Study," under the tutelage of Robert F. Amason, Jr., PhD (Chair), Darryl C. Draper, PhD (Committee), and Mary  W. Stout, EdD (Committee).
As a self-described "lifelong learner," Dr. McGowan Poole expeditiously enrolled in the Spring 2019 Center for Educational and Instructional Technology Research (CEITR) Dissertation to Publication program to develop a mansucript based on dissertation research suitable for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
On November 11, 2019, Dr. McGowan Poole's manuscript was published on Emerald Insights.  As she graciously shared:
My journal article, "IT Outsourcing, Knowledge Transfer, and Project Transition Phases," was accepted by VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems and has been published on Emerald Insight!  Thanks to you and the UOP Dissertation to Publication Workshop, I am now a Doctor AND a published Author!  I wanted to thank you all once more for giving me such a firm foundation for getting this done. I am looking forward to many more triumphs in my new journey.
Thank you, Dr. McGowan Poole, for epitomizing the Scholar-Practitioner-Leader!
