Freedom: What is the Experience of Living Without Negative, Self-Imposed Limitations?
Qualitative study that employs a heuristic research paradigm. Seven themes emerged regarding limited living: origins, reasons, results of limitations, motivations for change, methods for change, kinds of changes and the results of living freely.
